Bibliothèque Nationale de France manuscript Français 5091, made 1510-1520. The expedition of Louis XII against Genoa, January-May 1507, following it's rebellion. The text is by Jean Marot, poet and secretary of the Queen, who followed the king to Italy. Illustrated by Jean Bourdichon. Bourdichon scrupulously followed the text of Marot. He also paid great attention to clothing detail and emblems. The volume is decorated with 11 full-page miniatures.
