The Healing of People Suffering from St Martial’s Fire

People stricken with St Martial’s fire were carried to Soissons.
They suffered in various ways; some lost their arms and legs.
One night, a bright light appeared.
Then the Virgin descended to them.
The people were overcome by fear and tried to flee.
The Virgin healed them of their diseases.
