The cannon are referenced as ARTILLERY Fig. 152 in Armies of the Middle Ages, Volume 1 by Ian Heath:"152. A fowler (or crappaude?) and a mortar, from a ms. made for King Edward IV c. 1475. Note the wheeled gun-carriage of the former, with extended trails between which a horse was probably harnessed on the march. The shot is stone."
