A 15th century tomb slab from one of the knights of St. James, housed within the chapel of Villar de Donas, at the town of Santiago de Compostela, in Spain. Santiago became an important place of pilgrimage for Medieval Roman Catholics following the discovery of what were believed to be the remains of St. James, found at the town in the 9th century.
