Bastia Mondoví is a comune in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 70 kilometres south of Turin and about 30 kilometres northeast of Cuneo.
The town lies at the confluence of the Ellero with the Tanaro had great strategic importance in the past and was disputed by the various marquisates of Saluzzo, Ceva and Monferrato.
